Job Description
- Maintaining knowledge of regulatory changes of HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines and employment law
- Administers and monitors new hire orientation programs.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- Ensuring excellent employee service level through issuing HR letters and statements.
- Preparing & updating different recruitment forms (Application form, Staff requisition form, job offer . . . etc.)
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
- Excellent communications and personnel management skills
- Able to operate under pressure.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of local labor regulations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 1 to 3 yrs. Experience in the field of human resources in contracting companies
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
