Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Track team response on communication mails and respond to departmental related reports or inquiries.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Tracking work from home Plane weekly.
- Create KPIs for the team and take needed action.
- Set a weekly & daily meeting with the team members regarding performance and following up their progression& Conduct performance appraisal for improving the performance
- Responsible for the performance issues, in accordance with the company’s policy and applicable laws.
- Follow up and audit the discipline documentation and processes to ensure timely, consistent, and appropriate intervention.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Provide guidance to ER team.
- Preparing penalties records.
- Make sure that share folder data is up to date, Review & audit accounts related updates.
- Reviewing and analyzing employee data.
- Audit HR practices in conjunction with HR colleagues to ensure regulatory compliance
- Review HR letters, reports, labor permits, and no show letters before sending by post office
- Handle on time governmental audits, prepare audit forms and needed documentation, follow up resolving labor and social office complaints
- Develop all HR processes & procedures for all ER functions with the supporting forms & documents.
- Managing and auditing the Orientation sessions for new hired agents.
- Review employees’ contract renewal process for all accounts and make sure that renewal is done and take the proper action of salary suspension if not done.
- Review attendance transactions “in, out & current leaves balance” to employees in all sites and Update leaves, business meeting & excuses Database.
- Review and update the attendance effects on the salary (deductions, sick leaves calculations, unpaid leaves and overtime).
- اHandle investigation requests, take the proper action according to Company’s Policy
- Ensure that the team Communicates policies pertaining to Human Resources.
- Make sure that the team keeps company values and follows all policies and procedures.
- Liaising with the Legal Department with regards to the evaluation of disputes and disciplinary cases.
- Work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.
- Following COPC ER process.
- Monitor industry best practice.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Employee relations 5 years’ minimum.
- Level of English: Very Good Level.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong understanding of Labor Law.
- Strong customer service orientation, with specialized knowledge of Employee Relations processes and policies and company policies.
- Crisis Management and Managing conflict.
