E- Commerce Coordinator / Specialist

The E-commerce Coordinator/ Specialist will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department, ensuring smooth handling of various online marketplaces, ERP system integration, logistics, and shipment processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• oversee operations of e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.), ensuring product listings are accurate and optimized
• Coordinate with the ERP system to audit order processing, inventory management, and reporting
• Work closely with logistics partners to review  shipment and delivery of orders
• Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels across platforms
• Analyze marketplace performance and suggest improvements for sales growth and operational efficiency
• Maintain documentation of processes and support continuous improvement initiatives within the e-commerce department
