Job Description

  • Executing sales strategies.
  •  Place customer orders in the computer system
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
    Process orders, forms, and application 
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software 
  • Handling escalated customer complaints.
  • Maintains sales reports
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Setting marketing plans and Tele sales campaign in coordination with the Optical Business Development
  • Preparing reports and analyzing Tele sales data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

     

Job Requirements

  • 6 months to 1+ year Previous experience in a reputable call center.
  • Excellent customer handling capabilities.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc
