Job Description
Manage and oversee all Car Rental and Limousine operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
Lead and supervise the Car Rental and Limousine teams, including manpower planning, shift allocation, task assignment, and daily operational follow-up.
Oversee vehicle allocation and utilization to ensure vehicles are properly assigned according to operational and customer requirements.
Ensure the availability, readiness, cleanliness, and proper presentation of vehicles assigned to rental and limousine services.
Coordinate with Fleet and Maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and available for operation.
Monitor daily rental, limousine, airport transfer, chauffeur, and transportation activities and ensure that all services are delivered according to confirmed requirements.
Oversee customer bookings, vehicle assignments, pick-up and drop-off arrangements, and service schedules.
Ensure that customer requirements, special requests, VIP arrangements, and last-minute changes are properly handled.
Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, Airport Services, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth service execution.
Monitor vehicle movements and operational schedules and take appropriate action in case of delays, breakdowns, or operational changes.
Handle customer complaints, operational issues, and service-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor the performance and service quality of the Car Rental and Limousine operations and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Review operational reports, vehicle utilization, rental activities, incidents, and other relevant operational information.
Identify recurring operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper documentation and records related to rental and limousine operations are maintained and updated.
Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Car Rental, Limousine, Transportation, Fleet Operations, or a similar field.
Strong experience in managing vehicles, drivers, transportation services, and operational teams.
Experience in customer service and handling corporate, VIP, and special transportation requirements.
Strong knowledge of vehicle rental, chauffeur services, airport transfers, and transportation operations.
Previous experience in managing and supervising operational teams is required.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational requirements and work effectively under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office and operational systems.
Good command of English.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.
