Job Description
-Assist in Developing annual sales plan & strategies.
-Achieve department targets to ensure maximum revenue through networking, cold-calling & other sales techniques.
-Track & analyze Client interactions & expand clients’ base.
-Negotiate sales contracts & close deals with maximum profits.
-Work closely with, marketing, business development, operations & public relations department to ensure client’s needs are met on time.
-Prepare detailed reports on sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
-Professionally managing a team.
-Researching required information using available resources for new leads & also to study the competitors in the market.
-Penetrate new target markets to increase sales and ensure Client's satisfaction until the deal is closed.
-Completely monitoring all Clients journeys, from inquiries and requirements to complaints, till resolving.
-Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
-Following up the complicated Clients when needed in a professional manner.
-Direct the Clients requirements to the appropriate resources.
-Build and maintain good client relationships through mentoring, providing supporting information and recommending new opportunities.
-Monitoring that all the contact notes are up to date on the CRM system.
-Go through deep details of comments, inquiries & complaints till the actions taken.
-Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree.
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales is assist.
- Relevant experience for 6 years
