Job Description
- Provide high-quality technical support for the Enterprise applications across the company.
- This person will also work on programming and documentary Implementing and supporting third-party applications and integrating different products utilizing business and technical knowledge to leverage Enterprise Applications capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- 2-4 years of experience in .NET development and handling technical support cases
- Excellent Communication, team integrity, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience in backend databases in particular MS SQL Server 2010, including development using SQL Server Objects, Transact-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Researching and examining current systems and consulting users
- Experience with version control tools and concepts is a plus (e.g. Visual SourceSafe).
- Experience in OLAP and BI tools is a plus.
- Technical experience in using crystal reports is a plus.
- Experience with Web server technologies including IIS is a plus
- Financial background is PLUS.
