Job Description
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and set the strategy for all HR activities.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Oversees the daily workflow and the administration of HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, training, and development) in different locations to ensure the full implementation of the HR plan in adherence to the strategy.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field .
- Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 Years of solid work Experience at least 5 years as HR Director .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
