Job Description
- Dealing with the salespeople: To issue all document for each sold unit ( COT, Invoice & Warranty )
- SAP Data Entry: To ensure that all data for each car sold are on system ( Sales order, Delivery order, COT invoice & Warranty)
- Receptionist & Telephone Operator: Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly & efficient manner. & Take the massages & Client data and proved him with basic information
- Warranty Register: Issue warranty booklet for end-users and feed SAP with all his license data
- Customer Satisfaction: Meet and greet customers in a professional way to meet customer satisfaction as per company standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.

- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative job.
