Job Description

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone or email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Fluent Italian speakers B2/C1
Job Requirements
Working Conditions:
- 5 working days ( 2 days off) rotational
- 9 working hours ( 1&half hour break
