Job Description
- Develop and implement sales goals and strategies.
- Plan and implement research and development activities in accordance with market requirements and business development.
- Assisting with budgets, estimating sales volume, and product assortment.
- Manage sales and target delivery of all agreed activities within the budget.
- Sales analysis and statistics collected to develop methods and plans for sales policies.
- Planning and implementing activities to achieve sales goals.
- Assisting in direct selling to increase the company’s revenue.
- Representing the company in various exhibitions and events in the local markets to promote the company's projects.
- Training and development of sales staff in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
- Interview Property Consultants, Sales Admins , Site Coordinators & recommend recruitment
- Approve 10 days postdated cheques from clients.
- Sign for Units transfers
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical sales skills and product knowledge of Real Estate industry.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to management and write reports.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and with subordinates.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Active, accurate and result-oriented,
- Problem Solving, Decision making & proactive.
Essential Qualifications:
- B. A. or relevant education.
- Experience of 5-7 years in sales profession.
- Experience with real estate and/or construction complex organizations is an asset.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales plans.
- English language is a must.
- Excellent Computer User is a must.
key Performance Indicators (Measurable KPI’s):
- Submit strategic plan in December of each year for the following year.
- Achieve sales target 100%
- Submit forecasted sales/income for Jumeirah in maximum 24 hrs.
- Submit a monthly report analyzing statistics of sales with 100% accuracy
- Submit occasional report following an event within one week
- Customer satisfaction with a minimum of 90%
- Maintain Client’s data base & update it on monthly basis
- 90% Forecast Accuracy.
