Job Description
Payroll & Personal
1. Maintains payroll information: directing the collection, calculation & entering of data.
2. Prepare all needed governmental data for the labor office & social insurance.
3. Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
4. Update manpower
5. Responsible for Internal and external Monthly settlements to Ensure personnel
receives the correct compensation in a timely manner.
6. Responsible for preparing attendance monthly report
7. Revise employee attendance in all departments & send an email with missing employee face print (Sign in & out) to the department manager
8. Manage attendance weekly
9. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
10. Ensure that employees’ files are completed
- Compensation
1. Perform Compensation & Benefits (C&B) services as defined in department/team scope and
yearly operational department/team plans
2. Complete monthly payroll calculations and ensure that all employee transactions have been
accurately reflected in the calculation.
3. Continuous improvement of C&B processes and tools in the area of responsibility,
implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on
support of the business.
4. Research compensation and benefits policies and plans. Ensuring compensation and benefits
plans are cost-effective and competitive.
5. Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data
and cost analyses.
6. Assist in implementing and administering benefits programs, workers’ compensation,
employee assistance, retirement, and other plans.
7. Design compensation packages and bonus programs for management/staff that align with
the company’s strategic plan.
8. Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity.
