Job Description

  • We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to control the administrative, financial, and reporting backbone of our projects.
  • The successful candidate will act as the link between the technical office, production, procurement, and site teams, ensuring accurate quantity tracking, invoicing, documentation, and milestone follow-up from project start to final handover.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Reporting & Controls
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
  • Track progress versus schedule and contractual milestones.
  • Own the project WBS and update deliverables.
  • Monitor risks, delays, and outstanding approvals.
  •  Invoicing & Financial Follow-up
  • Prepare interim payment applications.
  • Track certified vs. pending quantities.
  • Follow up on approvals with consultants and contractors.
  • Support management with cash-flow visibility.
  • Quantity Surveying (QS)
  • Take quantities from drawings.
  • Validate executed quantities on site.
  • Support variation and change order measurements.
  • Assist in preparing as-built quantity records.
  •  Coordination
  • Interface daily with:
  • Technical Office
  • Production & Factory
  • Procurement
  • Site Engineers
  • Ensure information flows correctly between departments.
  •  Document Control & Archiving
  • Maintain logs for drawings, approvals, material submittals, and inspections.
  • Organize final project dossiers.
  • Ensure handover documentation completeness.
  •  Project Closure & Handover
  • Track snags and close-out requirements.
  • Compile warranties, test results, and as-built records.
  • Support final account preparation.
  • Management Reporting
  • Provide dashboards for senior management.
  • Highlight cost exposure and performance gaps.

 

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in project coordination within the construction, civil, or architectural engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Project Planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Experience with Procurement and Tendering processes.
  • Solid understanding of invoicing and Commercial Management procedures.
  • Excellent Reporting skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear and concise project updates.
  • Familiarity with Construction Management methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in Project Management and Projects Coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
