Job Description
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic Sales business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Develop the annual sales forecast and plan, present them to the board of management, get required approvals, and go for implementation.
- Design sales & promotions KPIs & commission scheme for the team, and closely follow up on their achievements.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Analyze markets shares, competition performance, company performance and propose corrective actions.
- Develop and present all related sales performance reports and analyses.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales & distribution team.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual Marketing & Promotions plan, ensuring conformance with market share and budget requirements.
- Develop marketing support activities that enable achieving sales targets.
- Develop the promotional plans and secure promotional materials.
- Collect market data about company performance, competition performance, customer feedback and emerging customer & market needs.
- Translate collected data into product enhancement and development plans in coordination with the relevant business departments.
- Ensure all marketing activities related to the promotion of products and services are consistent with brand image.
- Coordinate the digital marketing annual work plan with the digital marketing department.
Job Requirements
- Successful track-record in Sales & Marketing for 15-20 years.
- Preferably in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Distribution, possessing previous experience in the field of Education will be a great plus.
- Excellent business understanding, reading and analyzing financial statements, ability to develop business plans & budgets.
- Excellent leadership skills, being a role model to the team, ability to manage big teams, and readiness to be in field to track and monitor the performance of Sales & Distribution teams.
