Job Description

  • Apply psychological research to the workplace.
  • Establish effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions.
  • Work with human resources department.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches to completing the scope of work.
  • Improve quality of life for employers and employees.
  • Help train and motivate workforce.
  • Increase business efficiency.
  • Use knowledge of psychological theory and practice.
  • Help individuals address underlying behavioral issues.

  • Develop and recommend communication plans.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist or similar role.
  • Experience working with employees from a variety of departments.
  • Ability to interview employees to understand their needs and how we can improve our organizational structure.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist.
