Business Development Manager – Dubai

What will you be doing?
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our RECON & TRAUMA business and increase our market share in the region.
What will you need to be successful?
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region in compliance with the S&N Ethics and Compliance Policy.
- Provide necessary education and support to doctors, nurses, and other clinicians to promote overall effectiveness of products.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiating contracts, and pricing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage distributors’ activities: ensure proper training, commercial strategy, sales forecast, and performance follow-up.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, trends, competitors’ actions, and customer needs and prepare reports for senior management.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably marketing, business administration or life sciences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Leadership Skills.
- Ability to execute business strategies and plans.
- Analytical Thinking: systematic gathering, organizing, and synthesizing of relevant information.
- Performance and results driven ability to identify and quickly respond to opportunities and difficulties.
- Customer and Marketplace: desire and ability to anticipate and address the needs of customers internal or external through timely program/project implementation.
- Teamwork/Collaboration: intention and ability to work effectively with others toward shared goals.
