Job Description
• Partner with executive and senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts
• Provide strategic guidance on talent management, leadership development, and performance optimization
• Drive change management initiatives related to growth, restructuring, digital transformation, or cultural evolution
• Use HR analytics and business insights to influence decision-making and measure impact
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies while balancing risk management and business needs
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA is a plus
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP or strategic HR leadership roles
• Strong understanding of employment law, organizational development, and change management
• Ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Excellent Command Of English
