Job Description
- Liaising between consultant and Patient
- Answering calls with professionalism and high quality
- Replying to queries and emails in a timely manner
- Medical admin Work (filling forms – scan requests-surgery bookings)
- Forwarding patients queries to consultant and aiding patients as much as they could
- Point of intersection between patient, hospital and consultant
- Arranging consultant diary according to consultant preference
- Replying to consultant emails and queries in a timely manner
- Matching clinics between hospitals and practice management database
- Booking and cancelling patients appointments
- Arranging surgery for patients
- Adding New patient’s info on Practice Management System (Meddbase)
- Following up on patient’s treatment plans with no Delays
- Arranging for patient scans
- Overseeing sending referrals for patients from consultant
- Invoicing for surgeries and services provided by consultant.
- Adding and cancelling clinics.
- Settling payment with self-pay patients (before service)
- Sending trust pilot reviews invitations
- Adhere to workplace rules and codes of conduct
- Complying to line manager in work related tasks and instructions
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker is a must
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred
- Strong Communication Skills
- Multitasker and Customer focused

Working hours : 10am - 6pm in summer & 11am - 7pm in winter including 1 hour break.
