Job Description
- Operations of inbound/outbound Holidays. Handle inquiries through email and phone calls.
- Bookings worldwide hotels through suppliers and direct contracts.
- Preparing customized itinerary & costing according to customer needs.
- Designing Preparing Holidays packages (Domestic / International) for customers.
- Negotiating rates with suppliers worldwide hotels, car hire ,cruises ,visa's etc.
- Excellent Knowledge of Domestic & Worldwide Destinations.
- Knowledge rules of hotels (room occupancy, child policies, concept of board basis).
- Help customers plan and book their holidays by conversing with them over phone and Email.
- Candidate should have Strong Follow Up Skills with Customers and B2B agents..
- Creating booking and advise the customer through our different concepts and ensure high quality service, giving to customers.
- Keep financial statements and documents - Ensuring all Documents Cash / Vouchers / Tickets.
- Liaise with Accounts Dept. regarding refunds / reissue authority etc.
Job Requirements
- Females
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 1+ years' experience in Corporate Travel / Holidays
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English.
