Job Description
A small to medium-sized company specializing in power solutions services is seeking a
Senior HR Generalist acts as HR service delivery lead, managing daily HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor and social insurance laws. Participate in developing organizational effectiveness and culture through implementing policies, resolving complex employee issues, and follow on training & development programs for all staff, develop succession plans for key jobs within the company and develop HR analysis reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Generally 5 to 8 years of HR experience,
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, knowledge on HRIS.
- Certificates: Preferably to have certificate or diploma in HR
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
