Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Source and screen candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct searches.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records using the company’s recruitment database.
- Negotiate offers and manage the pre-onboarding process in collaboration with HR Operations.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and university partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or services]).
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and labor market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
