Job Description
- Record-keeping responsibilities include sales and inventory reports
- Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM
- Follow-up on the inventory on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accurately
- Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts includes status per each contract.
- Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
- Prepare commission reports and deliver it to CEO
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST
- +3 years experience in the same position as Operation Manager
- Experience in sales operations and contracts.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office
- Proficiently in using CRM system
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills
