Job Description

  • Execute day-to-day office procedures and services, to ensure the achievement of the administration work plan
  • Confirm that all the bills of the facilities services (water, electricity, materials...etc) are paid on time based on the head of department requirement 
  • Issue and create the hard & softcopy for the offices supplies’ purchase requests and any related administrative purchasing activates. 
  • Inspect the daily facilities based on the supervisor’s work plan to ensure they are well maintained
  • Ensure safe environment for employees and properties by executing the distributing plan for the outsourced security guards among the premises based on the business need and the premises’ location and surroundings.
  • Following any necessary actions taken by the supervisor to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Send weekly reports about the availability of all supplies and equipment (e.g. cleaning solutions, paper products, vacuums, mops, etc.) to ensure their maintenance.
  • Following any facility maintenance activities and assigned custodial personnel to ensure functions are performed efficiently in compliance with site requirements and established standards
  • Reporting any immediate safety and/or operational concerns (e.g. facility damage, vandalism, alarms, etc.) to assist the administration management representatives in taking any appropriate action
  • Secure facilities and grounds (e.g. doors, gates, alarms, lights, etc.) to minimize property damage, equipment loss & potential liability, and report any result to the direct manager. 

Job Requirements

  • Bacherlor’s degree
  • 1-3 years experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English
