Job Description
- Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and managing candidate communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies regarding employee relations and workplace standards.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Process employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate with department managers to address personnel needs and resolve employee issues.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold data protection standards.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and performance evaluations.
- Participate in audits and ensure all personnel documentation is up to date and compliant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a personnel or HR support role.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
