Job Description
- Installing new software and hardware components inside or outside the company.
- Admin, customize and maintain Firewall System.
- Admin, customize and maintain ODOO system with the help of the company programmers.
- Follow up with Cisco system engineer when needed to solve any problem wither in Egypt or Emirates.
- Control the usage of the Internet and telephone packages in Egypt and Emirates and provide the F manager with the balances up to date.
- Inventorying the price of computers, screens, cameras and all devices in the offices of Dubai and Egypt, and determining the current market value for them
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving -daily-all issues co-workers have with their IT systems and software.
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionalit
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
