Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provides thought leadership and creativity to identify opportunities to apply statistics, modeling, or analytics to bring value to business operations
- Utilizes advanced modeling and statistical techniques to support business needs by analyzing high volumes of sales and other key data
- Consults with business unit leadership to provide actionable results
- Uses analytical software (Power BI, Tableau, PowerPivot, SSRS) to develop dashboards and publish reports for business unit leadership.
- Consults with business to provide recommendations that support actionable results.
- Mentors and provides guidance to analysts in partner departments on procedures and software tools.
- Transform raw data into a format suitable for analysis and archiving
- Perform a variety of quantitative analyses
- Collaborate with interpretation and presentation
- Other responsibilities as necessary
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in data research and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or such relevant field
- Previous experience in Market Research companies is a Plus
- Expert in using Microsoft Excel & big data analytics tools
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and dashboard presentations Strong Research & Analytical skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask different projects at the same time and work with huge volume of data Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, training needs, payroll and employee benefits is a Plus Fluent in English language, both verbal & written is a Must
- Understanding of the relationship between operations and data
