Job Description

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in call center is preferred but fresh graduates passionate about Customer service career are most welcome to apply.
  • Excellent to fluent English is a Must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Able to work in flexible shifts.
