- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Job Requirements
- Experience in call center is preferred but fresh graduates passionate about Customer service career are most welcome to apply.
- Excellent to fluent English is a Must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Able to work in flexible shifts.
