Business Development Executive

The role of the Business Development Executive is focused on ensuring the goals being set by the organization for both the teams and the individuals, are being met. You manage the process of aligning departments, resources, systems, and individuals to meet the goals that define success for the company.

• Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data
• Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance
• Lead, develop, and inspires teams
• Create and review policies related to employee performance
• Translate company goals to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
• Have in-depth knowledge of key success factor systems/modules.
• Work closely with HR Director for changing culture and driving performance management system.
• Establish Job Analysis and Job Evaluation for all jobs in the company.
• Create KPI’s for all job roles with required competencies and technical requirements.
• Drive Performance Management System that is based on SMART Objectives with quantitative & qualitative measurements.
• Implement periodical performance management reviews for all departments on a quarterly basis.
