Job Description

Job summary:

Participate in preparing and developing sales plans and managing operations and operations in the branches in order to achieve their sales targets and ensure adherence to approved quality standards and contribute to the company achieving its targeted vision.

Responsibilities:

  • He makes sudden or arranged periodic visits to the branches to follow up on the following:-
  • Distribution of tasks to branches with their various departments.
  • Reviewing and placing the planogram on the Layout to reach the level of commodity formation and an appropriate presentation.
  • Reviewing the stock of branches.
  • Monitoring the percentage of availability of offers and permanent items.
  • Follow up the stagnant branches of his goods and make transfers between branches within his region or in coordination with other regions.
  • Follow up on the corruption in each branch and those who caused it, and issue decisions related to it.
  • Ensure the implementation of the observation plan for the visit to the Control and Quality Department.
  • Follow up on any defect or malfunctions in the branch facilities.
  • Notify the Human Resources Department of any deviation in the structure within any of its area branches.
  • Reviewing and approving the expenses and costs and following up the monthly incentive for the branches to reach the target profitability.
  • Discussing the P&L report for the branches in his area every month.
  • Solve the problems of employees and customers to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Training branch managers and supervisors to raise the level of current administrative cadres and create new cadres.

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in the same position and FMCG (Retail) field.
  • Have the power and challenge.
  • Results-oriented and high knowledge in the area of sales KPI’s.
  • Excellent organizing, Analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices.
