Job Description
- Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
- Inures the smoothness of the sales operations (Reservations, Reservation, Contracts, Payment Plans).
- Coach and train the sales team to insure effectives of the Bac-koffice sales operation.
- Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
- Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaints
- Remain current with the latest inventory management and sales transactions
- Confer with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.
- Enhancing the CRM module to meet the Company requirement.
- Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
- Provide the monthly needed report to the top Management regarding the project progress.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Min 10 years’ experience in field of Reals Sate Sales Operations.
- High communication and team management skills
- Analytical Mind.
- Seeking to promote a healthy, team-based and result oriented work environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Experience
