Job Description
- Work with OD and leadership on prioritization, design and process re-engineering initiatives to serve company strategic direction.
- Maintaining, reviewing and updating policies and procedures according to new rules and regulations for both internal and external guidance.
- Perform process audit and interdepartmental workflow.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years working in role in Policy and Procedures management
- Strong in building something from scratch and 'making it happen'
- Excellent English (oral and written) skills
- Minimum bachelor’s degree ideally masters
- BPO knowledge is a must
