Job Description

Main Duties

  • Establish data base for customers using different means of communication and categorize it in Excel sheets.
  • Arrange meetings with customers to represent our solutions.
  • Answer all customer's questions accurately and advise on an appropriate solution.
  • Achieve calls and meetings target and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports with the daily update for results.
  • Inform customers of current promotions and discounts.
  • Track all appointments, sales and complaints thoroughly for manager review.
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to extend customer lifetime value.
  • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Some operational experience across customer services, demand, supply planning, sales, finance, and production of Honey.
  • 0-4 Years Sales Experience (Honey Distribution Preferred
  • (Only Cairo residents can be applied for this job)
