Job Description
- Provide prompt and professional chat and email support to customers on the UAE account, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering accurate information, solutions, or escalation as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions relevant to the UAE market.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely resolution of complex cases.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines at all times.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in chat and email channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite (office-based arrangement).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
