Job Description

  • Provide prompt and professional chat and email support to customers on the UAE account, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering accurate information, solutions, or escalation as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions relevant to the UAE market.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely resolution of complex cases.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines at all times.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in chat and email channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite (office-based arrangement).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
