Job Description
- Acquiring new clients in new markets.
- Responsible for existing sales territories in co-ordination with department head.
- Co-ordinating between all departments to ensure proper and timely production of orders on hand.
- In-charge of all shipping documentations requested by clients.
- Assessment of potential clients in accordance to selection criteria.
- Issue departmental reports on agreed upon timely periods.
- Co-ordinate/plan/follow up & evaluate all agreed upon marketing activities in accordance to the marketing plan
- Responsible for issuing Production Orders (Sales Requisitions)
- Responsible for updating sales requests on ERP.
- Monitor and coordinate all confirmed PO’s with Finance, Planning, Production, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Co-ordinate with logistics all documents and handling needed for all shipments ahead of time.
- Communicate clearly with the supply chain all/any needed instructions about the new territory legal/market needs in terms of product specifications, packing, quality…etc
- Follow up payments with all corresponding parties (clients and finance)
- Co-ordinate with the marketing department any needed customization in packaging and/or POSM… etc
Job Requirements
- He must have 4-8 years experience in FMCG export sales,
- Willing to travel,
- Excellent command of English (3rd language is a major plus),
- Computer savvy,
- Logistics savvy with strong analytical skills
