Job Description
- Responsible about all the plant activity ( safety , logistics, Quality & maintenance )
- Handle the plant Doc. As per SG standard.
- Set & apply the safety standard rules as per regulation and Saint-Gobain safety principals.
- Set the production process Standard operating procedure.
- Prepare & Manage the production plan as per required orders.
- Arrange the required RM & Finish goods as per monthly plan.
- Insure and following up of safety standard in production process.
- Insure the production & maintenance plan fulfilment.
- Supervise and follow up the 5S activates inside the plant.
- Managing the production team and set the required KPIs to achieve the company targets.
- Check the checklist of the machine to assure that the working conditions are safe
- Conduct inspections of manufactured/repaired/purchased parts and assemblies, including components.
- Ensure to maintain an In-process control System. i.e. Testing at all stages & Traceability of Records from Raw- Materials to finish
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents
- Determines product quality and acceptability of inspected items by verifying type, count, and condition carefully checking inspection results against the requirements of the specifications.
- Clearly document observations and findings using written communication skills and general computer operator skills
- Assure the implementation of the production according to the process of the workflow
- Execute the production plan according to the Standard operating procedures for every process
- Prepare a daily production report to be approved by the production manager to be sent to the production planning department
- Should have excellent knowledge in troubleshooting, repair & maintenance.
- Responsible for all activities of Production, as per company policies.
- Capable of scheduling jobs with maximum manpower utilization & resources to achieve production target in coordination with Planning Dept. & Plant Manager.
- Capable to provide technical assistance to production & maintenance technicians as and when required.
- Capable to evaluate manpower/ material requirements, cost control solutions, etc.
- Cost and time estimation for shop floor and site activities
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and marketing department for the effective execution of jobs and ensure timely completion of jobs as planned.
- Impart technical training from time to time to subordinates to develop their skills.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, chemical or Production Engineering.
- From 3 to 5 years of Experience, preferably in Admixtures or chemical construction business.
- Previous experience in ERP in the industrial field is a plus
- Strong attitude toward using basic computer applications (e.g. MS Office).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in building material production is plus.
