Job Description
- Responsible to develop and implement policies relating to work practices, pay, employment conditions, employee welfare, etc.
- Handle daily payroll department operations, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information and processing payroll.
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. on Odoo system.
- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks.
- Preparing employee settlements, vacation settlements, and final exit settlements.
- Follow processes for resigned employees and maintain attrition analysis reports.
- Responsible for arrangement, and documentation process.
- Ensures that all the required arrangements are made for the new employee to begin work by following the recommended process.
- Recommends, develops and maintains human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
- Responsible for HR Operational areas such as payroll, leave management.
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
- Collect banking information for direct deposit set up and initiate deposits on paydays.
- Prepare reports for upper management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5 to 7 years of related experience is required in payroll functions.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
- Must have experience in Odoo System.
- Previous background and experience in ERP modules and/or payroll software.
- Must have a previous experience in the contracting field.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience with the Saudi labor system.
- Excellent command of English.
