Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
- Receives completed sold Reports, verifies accuracy and completeness of all required information including current pricing and discounts applied In preparation for the issuance of invoices.
- Issuing invoices, Sending invoices and confirming receiving by Customers.
- Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records and customers statements.
- Carry out and follow up collection activities, communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally, Escalate problems to the concerned parties and follow up until it is solved.
- Research and resolve Customer account statement discrepancies.
- Carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Assist with month-end closing
- Performs other accounting duties as requested.
- Performing administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
About you:
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Good Skills in MS Office especially excel spreadsheet and word.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent organization abilities
