Job Description
- Responsible for talent assessment, and interviewing
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Communicate regularly with the concerned department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings promptly.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and other professional platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Proactive coordination with departments for technical interviews.
- Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates, and provide a shortlist of approved candidates to supervisors for interviews.
- Complete monthly staffing reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent communication skills
- Retail experiance is preferalble
- Fluent in English
- Strong decision-making skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Mass Hiring Recruitment.
- Dynamic and able to do multitasks.
