Job Description
- Supervise production lines and ensure the daily plan is achieved.
- Monitor product quality throughout all manufacturing stages.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to handle breakdowns and reduce downtime.
- Train supervisors and technicians on optimal operation and safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Residents of 6th of October City or nearby areas are preferred.
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Production / Mechanical / Industrial)
- Preferably with experience in plastic manufacturing.
- 2– 5 years of production experience (plastics preferred)
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills -Time Management
- Attention to details
- Strong leadership skills
- Very good communication skills
- V. Good in M.S. Office and Google Sheets
