Job Description
- Laying out work plans and allocating storage places for clients according to the store occupancy rates.
- Contribute to writing customer work instructions if necessary in coordination with the operations manage.
- Allocate warehouse personnel to clients in line with their experiences and business needs.
- Conduct personal interviews for applicants for employment with vacancies.
- Follow up warehouse operations and inventory management, whether daily or quarterly inventories, and follow up offers, their productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Provide internal support between teams assigned to different clients to overcome obstacles.
- Make tours inside the store to ensure compliance with the correct standards for operations, safety, occupational health, and quality.
- Ensure the commitment of the employees to implement the company's general instructions or operating instructions written for each individual client, if exists.
- Follow up daily challenges and work to find quick solutions that directly contribute to improving the work method and reflect positively on daily productivity.
- Request the store's needs such as stretch, tape, stationery quarterly or as needed.
- Coordination with other departments of the company to ensure the successful and safe flow of work.
- Follow-up and coordination with the Human Resources Department regarding recruitment of external workers and determining the required numbers according to work needs.
- Attending new and existing customer meetings inside and outside the company
- Follow up the monthly closing procedures and ensure that the data is ready to issue invoices to customers through the relevant department.
- Ensure the accuracy of the reports sent by the team and the quality of work in general.
- Submit the annual promotions plan to the department.
- Work to limit additional work, except at the request of clients and at their expense.
- Ensuring that a quality management system is implemented and maintained
- Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively
- Ensure that warehouse operations are compliant with GDP/ GMP standards and instructions
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing retail, e-commerce, fashion warehouses
- Experience in 3PL will be additional
