Job Description
- Develop business specifications and requirements and hand it over to technical team for system development.
- Provide end user support, monitor the system, respond to queries and escalate issues.
- Provide assistance in developing training material and provide regular information regarding system and business changes.
- Performing requirements analysis and progress reports supporting decision making process.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and Digital IT/Other advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share findings.
- Coordinate with business analysts to understand user requirements.
- Analyse and define specifications for enhancements in performance of existing business system.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders to support produce the requirements documents.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform UAT (user acceptance testing).
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Ensure quality of data and its accuracy and consistent reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or IT.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Cross-Function Fundamentals (Supply chain, Finance, Engineering…etc.)
- Data Visualization and Master Data Science Fundamentals.
- Change Management knowledge.
- Proficient command of English.
- Excellent Computer skills
