Job Description
- Creating a new Primary team
- Support the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Setting a clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and reports
- Provides coaching and training to the commercial team
- Resolve team members issues and conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Supports commercial sales agents in meetings and monitors handling to clients.
- Collects feedback from sales agents about their workflow, any issues related to leads, operations system
- Provide dynamic leadership through guiding and training the team.
- Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.
- Excellent knowledge with all new Cairo projects as ( Sodic, Emaar, CFC, Hyde park, Mountain view ,etc.)
Job Requirements
- Previous experience at New Cairo prohects is a must.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience as a Team Leader
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Coaching Ability, Time management.
- Microsoft Office & CRM
- Excellent Sales & negotiation Skills
