ob Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our travel and tourism company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients to promote our travel packages and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to individual and corporate clients.
Respond to inquiries and provide information on travel options, destinations, and prices.
Develop and maintain a client database.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is preferred.
