Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC and VRF systems market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the value and advantages of Haier Central Air Conditioning Systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote CORE X and its offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineering roles within the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in an office environment.
