Job Description
Job Purpose Statement:
Supervise and manage the documentation and analysis of the company’s business processes as well as developing and maintaining SAP system to ensure building the organizational capabilities of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise the documentation and analysis of the business processes, relevant work environment and performance measures.
- Communicate the documented business processes to the related stakeholders to enable them to understand and implement those processes in a standard way.
- Analyze business processes that may be improved and/or automated to envision recommendations which will increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining competitive advantage.
- Guide business managers in documenting their IT requirements to ensure that they are communicated in a standard proposal format to provide the developers with a clear & complete understanding of business needs.
- Engage in and manage the identification of root causes of operational inefficiencies or data integrity issues and collaborate with business managers to develop action plans to address gaps.
- Participate and manage the master data collection.
- Own the customization and configuration of the system as per the BBP.
- Supervise the system testing for FICO unit as well as integration with the other modules.
- Oversee the development of the Business Process Procedure documents (BPP) to ensure their alignment with the organization’s training objectives and system needs.
- Deliver the end-user training.
- Supervise and participate in the after-go-live support.
Job Requirements
- SAP knowledge 3-5 years of experience in FICO modules ECC 6
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving capability
- Business process mapping capability
- Presentations, Writing and Communication skills
