Responsibilities: As a Senior Graphic Designer (Motion) at our company, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Social Media Manager to produce a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Designing and creating visually appealing motion graphics for social media platforms, including stories, posts, and other formats, to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Creating a variety of digital assets for the website, including banners, landing pages, and promotional materials, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all creative outputs, ensuring that all designs are aligned with the company's vision and strategy.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to create innovative and engaging content.
- Presenting creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs as needed.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Job Requirements
1- Bachelor's degree in GraphicDesign, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on motion graphics and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and design work across various digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout, with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective design requirements, best practices, and trends.
- Experience in designing and optimizing assets for mobile and responsive web design.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and provide creative input.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the fashion industry or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience working with project management tools, such as Trello or Asana.
