Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
  • Review and provide feedback to managers during the pre-hire process. 
  • Conducting the whole recruitment, interview process and skills assessments as requested in the job requisition. 
  • Implementing recruitment strategies and processes necessary to achieve organizational staffing objectives in coordination with the head of HR.
  • Assist in handling employee relations counseling, provides support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolves issues and conflicts.
  • Develop & handle the job analysis, upgrading of job descriptions.
  • Support in Updating policies & procedures of the HR department in compliance with HQ & Egypt laws. 
  • Support in creation / upgrading the performance management system in coordination with the head of HR.
  • Assist in the Payroll system when needed.
  • Follow up the routine functions and administration of employees records.
  • Following up with related documentation as needed, and serving as an information source for the employee.
  • Assist with the open enrollment process, and ensure benefit enrollments and terminations are processed timely.
  • Support in upgrading of benefits scheme, rewards system, compensation programs.
  • Create/prepare reports and analysis for HR functions, as required. 
  • Conduct & coordinate the performance management cycle with the Head of HR.
  • Handling resolving grievances & complaints.
  • Support in any other tasks as per the business needs. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Generalist
  • Previous experience in logistics industry is preferred.
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Three-plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organization planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
