Job Description

Drive the growth of the E-Commerce channel and provide operational excellence by enhancing the customer experience and improving the sales channel performance.

  • Develop and execute E-commerce strategy.
  • Manage day to day operations of the online store, including daily order fulfillment.
  • Account management of all sales channels partners and vendors. 
  • Manage workflows of new product set-up and listing. 
  • Responsible of digital and e-commerce team development, to create and design an excellent online interaction. 
  • Responsible and understand the importance of digital channels and strategies to transfer knowledge, and ability to enhance live interactions, content, email to drive customer engagement, community management and provide high service levels. 
  • Set up initiatives to deliver engaging customer experiences that drive revenue and Quality of Sales. 
  • Gather data from various sources (site analytics, customer research, competitor research) and convert these into insights, opportunities, and road map enhancements.
  • Lead product forecasting to supply the site with accurate units to meet customer demand.
  • Manage accuracy of stock delivery in coordination with supply chain and channels on all new and existing products.
  • Collate all information and update monthly Management reports. 
  • Improvement of daily sales operations across all OSN Egypt Sales; Direct, indirect, Telco and Business and act as a cross functional lead. 
  • Working on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Supporting the direct and indirect sales teams in workforce planning and management. 
  • Supporting the knowledge management activities for all Egypt OSN sales team and improving internal communication. 
  • Resolving operational issues impacting sales activities.
  • Project management lead, coordinating internally and externally with relevant stakeholders for customer complaint issues, key projects and enhancements of sales and Product.

Frameworks, boundaries, and decision-making authority

  • To suggest and implement sales and operational excellence improvement initiatives.
  • Working effectively internally and externally.

Job Requirements

Qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies

  • Experience handling E-commerce platforms, online sales, operations, channels support and leading projects. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in addition to project management experience.
  • Ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working on Google and web analytics.
  • Data-Tracking & Analytical insight. 
  • Reporting and analysis experience. 
  • Knowledge management and communication.
  • Experience in E commerce, Operations and field sales or service.

Education requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
