Job Description

  • Be aware of all our products and services, industry innovation and thinking.
  • Having the experience in setting a full integrated marketing plan including all the requirements and activities to achieve the best results.
  • Having the experience in the media owner’s deals/offers and apply knowledge to support chloride marketing team in delivering brilliant client experience.
  • Providing all needed marketing research, marketing Intelligence and analysis to manage various issues that arise in the execution of the tactical plan
  • Ability to Manage and perform successful digital marketing ads. Campaigns through our website, social media and Google platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to develop and/or launch programs to create tactical marketing plans and supervise those teams to ensure that the marketing plans is executed as previously set up. 
  • Coaching local teams with plan development to drive brand awareness and product penetration. 
  • Ensure implementation of strategic brand solutions in other subsidiaries’ marketing department.
  • Developing marketing innovation for established brands in other subsidiaries’ brand portfolio.
  • Researches, strategizes and proactively garners media opportunities with a - priority on national media.
  • Proactively builds and fosters relationships with internal departments and creating a reliable internal communication plan.
  • Leading and giving strategic direction to the communications team ( Digital marketing team-art work team) and taking responsibility for all marketing activities within the company online and offline after getting approval from the business development director.
  • Developing communications and marketing strategies and plans that cover the full mix of communications and marketing tools, including media and public relations , internal communications, brand marketing , advertising , direct marketing , digital and social media and production of materials.
  • Implementing a marketing and communications plan to build brand awareness, market services, promote income generation, communicate programs, activities, and impact.
  • Plans and executes activation of consumer- and corporate/academic events with the Business Development Director.
  • Maintaining personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of his job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support his staff and volunteers in their development and training.
  • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required and which are commensurate with the nature and grading of the post.
  • To contribute to CHLORIDE EGYPT’s Vision and Mission and strive to exhibit the Values and Behavior’s at all times.
  • To comply with all legislative requirements, together with the policies and procedures of the organization and to ensure this is applied by staff and volunteers.
