Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of building and commercial operations. The role involves managing facility services, technical maintenance, and tenant relations to ensure the highest operational standards across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and utilities) to ensure reliable and safe operation.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring timely response to faults or service issues.
- Manage and coordinate cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management contractors.
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as the main contact for tenants, handling all operational, maintenance, and lease-related requests.
- Coordinate with facility management and engineering teams for project works, renovations, and fit-outs.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all sites, following local regulations.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor performance reviews to achieve operational efficiency.
- Monitor energy usage and utilities performance, suggesting cost-saving and sustainability improvements.
- Report regularly to management on building performance, maintenance activities, and tenant satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in building or mall operations, property, or facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service providers and ensure consistent service quality.
